Use your mission, vision and values to guide decision making;
Fee's will be collected differently to the norm. Support the collection of Cash - Cash is King;
Develop relevant, flexible cash forecasts;
Be prepared to introduce a robust financial aid programme to avoid attrition of enrolment;
Ensure your online program is compelling, as you will likely be doing more remote teaching and learning; and
Develop a robust Business Continuity Framework.
