Through a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical case scenarios, and interactive discussions, participants will enhance their skills as sports leaders, empowering them to set the tone for their programs and establish a program philosophy that aligns with educational athletics principles.
They will develop a deep understanding of the roles and responsibilities of sports leaders, coaches, and other stakeholders, and learn how to effectively navigate issues related to female athlete participation, ethics, communication, and conflict resolution.
