To build a successful school, we all recognize the importance of establishing high expectations for students and teachers. High expectations for students have repeatedly been shown to have a positive impact on their performance. Similarly, teachers who are expected to teach at high levels of effectiveness can reach these expectations.

It is equally critical to acknowledge the significance of requiring high school leadership expectations and other staff members who support teachers and students (or even parents). Leadership is an essential element of raising service standards and creating a customer-friendly environment. Leaders provide employees with direction, guidance, and inspiration, which means leaders must model it. Be an example of what superior service is to the teachers and support staff.
