Board Health Checks: Why, When, Who and How

Michael introduced the why, what and how of Board Health Checks, including an evaluation tool that helps improve performance within the Board. Michael and Paul also discussed how to identify relevant stakeholders for the evaluation process and what their potential roles are. Lastly, Michael introduced a case study of a recent Board Health Check he had facilitated and what the resulting actions of the Board were.
